Pareparea Bay

Located in Northland, Pareparea Bay is a beach break with fairly consistent waves year-round. The best conditions occur with east-northeast swells and southwest winds, producing both left and right-hand waves. Suitable for intermediate surfers, the spot works well at all tides and is rarely crowded. However, be cautious of strong rips and shark sightings.
