Located in Los Angeles County, this breakwater spot provides fairly consistent waves ideal for beginners. The best conditions occur during summer with northeast offshore winds. Water temperatures are cold, requiring a wetsuit, and hazards include pollution and man-made obstacles. Despite its reliability, the spot remains uncrowded most of the time.
