Windang Island

Located on Australia's South Coast, Windang Island features a mix of left and right reef breaks plus a left-hand point break. The waves are fairly consistent, with the best conditions in autumn and winter, fueled by southeast swells and west winds. Suitable for intermediate surfers, the spot works well at all tides but can get crowded. Surfers should be cautious of sharks and other hazards.
