Bruny Island - Cloudy Bay

Located on Tasmania's rugged west coast, Cloudy Bay delivers consistent waves fueled by distant south swells. Both left and right-hand breaks work well at all tides, making it a versatile spot. The best conditions occur with north winds, though summer can be flat. Surfers should be cautious of strong rips and sharks, but crowds are rare. The chilly 14.6°C water requires a wetsuit.
