Located in LA County, Haggerty's features a left-breaking reef and a left-hand point break. The spot works well at all tide stages and thrives on groundswells from the west-northwest. Ideal conditions occur with offshore east-southeast winds, making it a reliable but often crowded surf destination. Surfers should be cautious of rocks, urchins, localism, and pollution. The cold water requires a wetsuit, and intermediate surfers will find the waves most suitable.
