Located in Newcastle, Copacobana Point is a dynamic surf spot featuring both beach and point breaks. The waves are consistent, with the best conditions occurring around high tide when the tide is rising. Ideal for advanced and expert surfers, the spot produces powerful left and right-hand waves, fueled by southeast swells. Northwest winds provide the best conditions, while northeast winds offer some shelter. The water temperature remains pleasant at 23.5°C, making it a great year-round destination.
