4 Mile Beach and Point

Located on the East Coast of Tasmania, 4 Mile Beach and Point is a beach reef and point break with fairly consistent waves. The best conditions occur in winter, with ideal swells coming from the east and offshore winds from the west. The spot offers both left and right-hand waves, including a reef break and a point break, with the best surf around low tide. Beginners should be cautious of rocks, rips, and crowds.
