Located in South Oregon, Yachats features both beach and reef breaks with consistent waves year-round. The best conditions occur with east winds and west swells, producing both left and right-hand waves. Ideal for beginners, the spot is rarely crowded but requires a wetsuit due to cold water temperatures. Surfers should be cautious of strong rips and occasional shark sightings.
