Playa de Miono

Located in Cantabria, Playa de Miono is a beach break with fairly consistent waves year-round, peaking in autumn and winter. The northwest swells create both left and right-handers that work well at all tide stages. With south winds providing the best conditions, this spot is rarely crowded, making it perfect for beginners. The cold water requires a wetsuit, and while overcrowding is rare, it can become hazardous when it occurs.
