Kanegahama

Located in Kyu Shu, Japan, Kanegahama is an exposed beach break with fairly consistent waves. The best swell direction is from the southeast, while northwest winds create the ideal conditions. Suitable for beginners, the beach offers both left and right-hand waves, though it can get crowded when the surf is up. Surfers should be cautious of strong rip currents, which can make the conditions hazardous.
