White Rock Point

Located in The Wairarapa, White Rock Point is an exposed point break with a mix of left-hand reef waves and occasional point breaks. The surf is fairly consistent, though summer can be flat, with the best swells coming from the southeast. Ideal conditions include north winds, though there's little shelter from cross-shore breezes. The water is cold, requiring a wetsuit, and hazards include rocks, rips, and seals, but crowds are rare.
