Located in Washington State, The Dump is a reef break that thrives on west-facing swells, especially during autumn and winter. The best conditions occur at mid-tide with southeast winds, producing both windswells and groundswells. Suitable for intermediate surfers, the spot remains uncrowded but requires caution due to rocks, localism, and pollution. A thick wetsuit is essential for the cold 9°C water.
