Watergate Bay

Watergate Bay is a popular beach break in North Cornwall, known for its consistent waves year-round. The best swells come from the west-northwest, while southeast winds create ideal conditions. Both left and right-hand waves form here, suitable for intermediate surfers. The surf quality remains steady regardless of the tide, but be cautious of strong rips and crowds when conditions are good. Water temperatures are cold, requiring a wetsuit.
