Brinlack Point (Bloody Foreland)

Brinlack Point, also known as Bloody Foreland, is a remote point break in Donegal that attracts expert surfers. The waves here are powerful and best suited for advanced riders, with a mix of groundswells and windswells arriving from the west. While the surf is inconsistent, especially in summer, offshore east winds create the best conditions. Surfers should be cautious of rocks and the lack of shelter from cross-shore breezes, making this a challenging but rewarding spot.
