Located in Donegal, Trá Na Rosan is a beach break with consistent waves year-round, peaking in winter. The best conditions occur with south-southeast offshore winds and north-northwest swells. Both left and right-hand waves form here, with high tide providing the cleanest rides. Thanks to its remote location, crowds are rarely an issue, making it a great spot for intermediate surfers.
