Cape Young Husband

Located on Kangaroo Island, Cape Young Husband is a left-hand point break that performs best during winter with southwest swells. The waves are fairly consistent, making it a popular spot, though it can get crowded. Surfers should be cautious of rocks, strong rips, and the presence of sharks. The best conditions occur around mid-tide with offshore north winds. Water temperatures average 18.4°C, making wetsuits necessary.
