Marion Bay

Located on the east coast of Tasmania, Marion Bay is a beach break that works best in winter with groundswells from the east. The waves break both left and right, offering mellow conditions for beginners. Offshore winds from the west-northwest create ideal surfing conditions, while the tide has no significant impact on wave quality. Despite its reliability, the spot rarely gets crowded, making it a great choice for those new to surfing.
