Located in Khánh Hoà, Dark Reef is a reef break that suits intermediate surfers. The waves are unreliable but rewarding when conditions align, favoring northeast swells and offshore west winds. Surfers should be cautious of rocks, urchins, and pollution in the area. Despite its hazards, the break remains uncrowded even on good days, offering a peaceful surfing experience.
