Located in Santa Barbara, Santa Claus is a beach break that works best in summer with offshore northeast winds. The waves come from distant southwest swells, producing both left and right breaks. While the surf is consistent, the spot can get crowded when conditions are good. Water temperatures are cold, requiring a wetsuit.
