Located on Oahu, Waikiki features both beach and reef breaks with left and right-hand waves. The surf is most reliable during summer with ideal south swells and northeast winds. Water temperatures remain pleasant at 25.5°C, making it great for beginners. However, crowds, rocks, and rip currents can pose hazards.
