Otter Rock

Located in North Oregon, Otter Rock is a consistent beach break that works year-round. The waves, both lefts and rights, are suitable for beginners and intermediate surfers. Windswells and groundswells from the west create fun conditions, while east winds provide the best shelter. The water is cold, requiring a wetsuit, and surfers should be cautious of strong rips and occasional shark sightings.
