Peahi/Jaws

Located on Maui's north shore, Peahi (Jaws) is a legendary reef break famous for its massive winter swells. The best conditions occur with north-northeast swells and south-southwest winds, producing long left and right barrels. Water temperatures remain pleasant year-round, but the break is best suited for expert surfers due to its heavy waves and hazards like rocks and strong rips.
