Filey Bay

Filey Bay is a beach break in North East England with left and right-hand waves, best around mid tide. The waves are inconsistent but can be fun for beginners when conditions align. Ideal swells come from the north-northeast, while northwest winds create the best surf. The water is cold, requiring a wetsuit, and strong rips make it hazardous for inexperienced surfers.
