Kumcağız (Kumcagiz)

Located on Turkey's Black Sea coast, Kumcağız features a sandbar break that produces both left and right waves. Best suited for beginners, the spot works occasionally with northwest swells and southeast offshore winds. The water stays cold year-round, requiring a wetsuit, and crowds can form when conditions are good. While not always reliable, Kumcağız provides a relaxed surfing experience when the waves are up.
