Located in Sweden's Baltic region, Vik is a beach and point break with unpredictable waves. The best conditions occur with east-southeast swells and offshore west winds. While the surf is beginner-friendly, the water remains frigid year-round, requiring a wetsuit. Rips and occasional crowds are the main hazards, but solitude is common due to the spot's inconsistency.
