Cannon Beach/Tolovana Beach

Located in North Oregon, Tolovana Beach is a beach break with fairly consistent waves from southwest swells. The best conditions occur in summer, with east winds creating clean surf. Both left and right waves form here, making it beginner-friendly. Water temperatures are cold, requiring a wetsuit, and crowds are rare. The mix of windswells and groundswells ensures varied but manageable waves.
