Prima Tregastel

Located in Brittany, Prima Tregastel is a beach break that offers both left and right waves, ideal for beginners. The surf is fairly consistent year-round, except during summer when conditions flatten. Offshore winds from the southeast create the best conditions, while west-northwest swells produce the most rideable waves. Water temperatures hover around 10.4°C, so a wetsuit is essential for comfort and safety. The break is most enjoyable around high tide, offering gentle waves perfect for learning.
