Michaud Point

Michaud Point in Cape Breton Island is a beach break that works well year-round with consistent waves. The best swells come from the east, and ideal winds are from the north-northwest. It offers both left and right-hand breaks, suitable for intermediate surfers. The waves perform well at all tides, but strong rips make surfing here potentially dangerous. Despite its quality, it rarely gets crowded.
