Snapper Point

Located on the North Coast of New South Wales, Snapper Point is a right-hand reef break that thrives in autumn and winter. The waves here are powered by both local and distant swells, with southeast swells producing the best conditions. Ideal for intermediate surfers, the break is rarely crowded, making it a peaceful spot. However, swimmers should be cautious of reported shark activity in the area. With pleasant water temperatures around 23.6°C, it's a great spot for a session when the conditions align.
