Located in the Overberg region, Onrus Beach is a reef break known for its powerful right-hand waves. The best conditions occur with southwest swells and offshore northwest winds. Water temperatures average 17.8°C, requiring a wetsuit. Surfers should be cautious of submerged rocks and occasional crowds. Intermediate surfers will find the most success here.
