Pontinha is a challenging reef break near Ericeira, Portugal, delivering consistent waves year-round. The best conditions occur with north-northwest swells and southeast offshore winds, especially around high tide. Surfers must navigate rocks, urchins, and strong rips, making it suitable only for experienced surfers. The cold water requires a wetsuit, but the rewarding waves are worth the effort.
