Moledo

Located in North Portugal, Moledo is a sandbar beach break with fairly consistent waves fueled by west swells. The best conditions occur at high tide, producing both left and right-hand waves suitable for beginners. East winds create ideal surfing conditions, though cold water temperatures require a wetsuit. Surfers should be cautious of strong rip currents in this exposed break.
