Praia Paredes

Located in Beira, Portugal, Praia Paredes is a beach break with fairly consistent waves suitable for beginners. The best swell comes from the west-northwest, while offshore winds blow from the east-southeast. Both left and right-handers form here, and the surf works well at all tide levels. Water temperatures are cold, so a wetsuit is essential. Despite its beginner-friendly nature, it rarely gets crowded.
