Toronto Breaks is a beach break in Lake Ontario known for its fairly reliable waves, especially with east-southeast swells. The spot produces both left and right-hand waves, attracting intermediate surfers when conditions are right. Offshore winds from the west-northwest help shape the waves, but the area can get crowded when it's working. Surfers should be cautious of dangerous rip currents and the cold water, which requires a wetsuit.
