Located in the Cape Peninsula, Crons is a beach break that offers both left and right-handers, making it a versatile spot. The waves are fairly consistent, with groundswells more common than windswells, and the best swell direction is from the southwest. Ideal winds come from the east-southeast, and the water temperature averages around 19.2°C. Surfers should be cautious of strong rip currents and crowded conditions when the surf is good.
