The Pa

The Pa is a sheltered beach break in Wellington that works sporadically with no clear seasonal pattern. Groundswells from the north-northwest produce the best waves, while east-southeast winds keep conditions clean. The break offers both left and right-hand waves that work well at all tide stages. Rarely crowded, it's a peaceful spot for beginners to practice. Water temperatures hover around 17.8°C, so a wetsuit is essential.
