Esmeralda is a reef break located in Panama's Gulf, offering both left and right waves when conditions align. The spot works best with south-southwest swells and northwest winds, though it's not very consistent. Water temperatures remain warm year-round, making it ideal for tropical surf sessions. Surfers should be cautious of rocks and occasional crowds, but the waves are often uncrowded even when surfable.
