Salmon Point

Located on Rottnest Island, Salmon Point is a reef break that works best with southwest swells and offshore north-northeast winds. The right-hand reef break is beginner-friendly and rarely crowded, making it a peaceful surf spot. Water temperatures stay pleasant year-round, but surfers should be cautious of rocks and sharks. The waves are most reliable outside of summer, offering consistent conditions for surfers of all levels.
