The Well

Located in the Far West of Victoria, The Well is a reef break that delivers fairly consistent waves, especially from groundswells. The right-hand break works best with south swells and north-northeast offshore winds. While the waves are powerful and rewarding, the spot can get crowded and poses hazards like rocks, sharks, and strong rips. Water temperatures are cold, requiring a wetsuit year-round.
