Baler - Charlie's Point

Located in West Luzon, Charlie's Point is a beginner-friendly beach break with consistent waves from November to April. The best swells come from the north, and ideal winds blow from the west-southwest. Both left and right-hand waves form here, unaffected by tides. However, strong rips and crowded conditions require caution. Water temperatures remain warm year-round at 27°C.
