Big Star

Located in Surigao Del Sur, Big Star is a reef break with fairly consistent waves, especially from northeast swells. The best conditions occur at high tide when the tide is rising, and offshore winds from the south-southeast help shape clean waves. While not overly powerful, the right-breaking reef offers beginner-friendly waves. Be cautious of rocks, rips, and occasional crowds, though it's generally uncrowded.
