Located in Eastern Samar, Santa Monica is a reef break that delivers quality waves sporadically, especially during summer. The northeast swells create both left and right breaks, ideal for intermediate surfers. Offshore winds from the southwest enhance conditions, though waves are more likely from local windswells. The spot is rarely crowded but requires caution due to rocks and coral.
