El Camotal

El Camotal is a reef break near Lima, Peru, delivering consistent waves year-round. The best swells come from the northwest, while offshore winds from the east-southeast keep conditions clean. Both left and right-hand waves form here, suited for intermediate surfers. The spot is usually uncrowded, but beware of rocks, rips, and occasional pollution. Water temperatures hover around 20.5°C, making wetsuits advisable.
