Located in the regions of La Libertad and Lambayeque, Chicama - El Hombre offers a relaxed surfing experience with fairly consistent waves. The best conditions occur in winter with southwest swells and offshore southeast winds. While the water is cold at 17.6°C, the lack of crowds makes it ideal for beginners. Surfers should be cautious of rocks in the lineup.
