Paunch Reef

Located in Bocas del Toro, Panama, Paunch Reef is an exposed reef break with warm tropical waters. The waves are fairly consistent, with northeast swells producing both left and right breaks, though the left is considered better. Suitable for intermediate surfers, the spot works well at all tide stages and sees fewer crowds. Be cautious of rocks and urchins while surfing.
