Talisker Bay (Skye)

Located on the Isle of Skye, Talisker Bay is a secluded beach break that works best in autumn and winter. The waves, fueled by groundswells and windswells, favor a south-southwest swell direction. Intermediate surfers will find consistent left and right-handers, though the spot rarely breaks. Offshore northeast winds create the best conditions, and even light onshore winds can still produce rideable waves. With its remote location, crowds are virtually nonexistent, making it a peaceful surf destination.
