Tarawai

Tarawai is a reef break located in East Sepik, Papua New Guinea, offering both left and right-hand waves. The spot is best suited for intermediate surfers, with fairly consistent waves fueled by northwest swells and northeast winds. Water temperatures remain warm year-round at around 29.8°C. Surfers should be cautious of strong rip currents, which can make the break hazardous despite its uncrowded conditions.
