The best conditions occur with west-southwest swells and east winds, particularly around high tide. This spot features both a left-hand reef break and a left-hand point break, making it suitable for beginners. While the waves are reliable, surfers should be cautious of rocks, sharks, and seals. Despite its quality, Fiji remains relatively uncrowded, offering a peaceful surfing experience.
