Located in Shizuoka, Omaezaki features a mix of beach and reef breaks that work well with south swells and offshore northeast winds. The spot is best suited for intermediate surfers, with fairly consistent waves when conditions align. Water temperatures are cold, requiring a wetsuit, and crowds can be an issue when the surf is good. The varied breaks provide a mix of rideable sections for experienced surfers.
