Stroove

Located in Donegal, Stroove is a sheltered beach break that works best with offshore south winds and north swells. The waves are small and suitable for beginners, offering both left and right breaks. It remains uncrowded even when conditions are good, but submerged rocks pose a hazard. The water is cold, requiring a wetsuit, and summer months often see flat conditions.
